Milton Lake Lodge is a high end fishing resort located in Northern Saskatchewan. Our guests fly from all over the world to experience untouched world class fishing. During their stay with us, they are provided with a high degree of personalized service and attention. It is our guarantee to help bring their dream to life while experiencing a fishing adventure that will never be forgotten.

The Milton Lake Lodge Team

The Milton Lake Lodge team is a group of 23 professionals who pride themselves on creating the most memorable experience for each and every one of our guests. Our staff members aspire to excellence and are committed to providing top notch service. It’s important that our guests are cared for in a pleasant, professional, thoughtful manner ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and friendly.

When selecting our staff we look for professionals who are responsible, dedicated and passionate about being part of a growing organization. We recognize that our staff are a vital part of our organization, and therefore hire self-starting individuals who are friendly and energetic with strong work ethics and a positive attitude.

The staff season will run June 1 to October 1. During the season the hours of work will vary depending on the position. On average, our staff works six days per week, 10 hours per day. During employment at Milton Lake Lodge, staff members are provided accommodations and meals. Staff accommodations consist of staff cabins that are shared by two persons. Healthy and nutritious meals are provided three times per day.
